How long have you been cooking?

I started developing my cooking skills after graduating college, but really took it to the next level with the outdoor cooking about 5 years ago.

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

Through my family. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a family that shared lots of home-cooked meals together. My Mom did most of the cooking, but my Dad was always super into grilling and BBQ.

What is your best food memory?

Tough to narrow down one specific memory, but all the ones that come to mind revolve around cooking for other people. It’s and awesome feeling when you’re able to blow someone away with something you cooked.
What is your favorite PS Product and why?

I’ve really fallen in love with the Lumber Jack Hickory Maple seasoning. I’ve tried it on a variety of different foods and it always adds a perfect lunch of sweet and salty flavor. Lumber Jack seasoned roasted sweet potatoes are a treat!

What would you want as your last meal?

Porterhouse medium-rare, Lobster Mac and Cheese, creamed spinach, and a DQ Oreo Blizzard

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

I always find myself wanting to cook shrimp. Living in Coastal NC provides me with access to fresh local shrimp with a flavor that can’t be beat, and the possibilities for preparation are endless!

"My favorite part about cooking is just being able to share with others. Whether it’s providing them something to eat or helping with tips, tricks, or advice, I just love it!"
