How long have you been cooking? 

Started cooking seriously when I became a firefighter when I was 23. But I've always liked to tinker in the kitchen when I was younger making random foods.

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

When you become a fireman, you're kinda forced to learn to cook....otherwise the guys at the station will dislike you.  

What's your best food memory?

Best food memory is definitely when I cooked my first legit brisket and I started to laugh because every bite was so good with amazing flavor. 

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

I love the Korean black belt bbq sauce. Great flavor and I'm just a sucker for Korean barbecue. 

What would you want to have as your last meal?

Smoked Japanese A5 wagyu brisket!

 

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

Cast iron cooked steaks. Love the crust a cast iron skillet gives on a nice steak.
