How long have you been cooking?
Since I was a kid
How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?
Cooking with my father as a kid. He got a Big Green Egg, then I was hooked and need to get one of my own. This opened up a whole new world for me and drove me to want to be better. With the great social media community it pushes me to try new things and become better everyday.
What is your best food memory?
Cooking with my father as a kid was a special memory for me. Pancakes, ribs, steak, or pork chops. I am fortunate to now be able to cook with him as an adult, and also pass this a long to my kids makes cooking special as we create new memories.
What is your favorite PS product and why?
I have absolutely loved the “On the Rocks” grinder bottle. Living here in Wisconsin, I am a sucker for a good Old Fashioned, and this seasoning sums it up! It has the perfect balance of sweet and savory and is outstanding on a nice steak.
What would you want to have as your last meal?
My last meal would be simple, steak and bourbon. The steak would be a Wagyu tomahawk steak grilled to the perfect medium rare. The bourbon would be plentiful and of course neat.
What dish/meal do you make on repeat?
We all love to make and grill “fancy” meals, but I am a sucker for the classics. 2 dishes that I will make on repeat are burgers and wings. Two classics that you can make completely different one time to the next, but never get sick of them.
