How long have you been cooking?
How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?
I am in a very loving relationship with food. My mom cooked almost everything at home to the point where I would be disappointed in going to restaurants. What I enjoy most is watching people eat and enjoy my food.
What is your best food memory?
My best food memory is when my dad first got a big green egg, we did a pork shoulder to make pulled pork on New Year's Eve. It was so good that I decided that I have to do that every New Year's Eve going forward. It is now a tradition!
What is your favorite PS Product and why?
Notorious P.I.G. Rub, the first time I ever used it I made 2 pork shoulders for family and friends. The claimed it was the best pulled pork they’ve ever had. Always a crowd pleaser.
What would you want to have as your last meal?
Reverse Seared Prime Tomahawk Ribeye, Sautéed Mushrooms and onions on the side and a big bold Cabernet Sauvignon.
What dish/meal do you make on repeat?
Pulled Pork on my Big Green Egg, It’s always a hit and its so easy! Served with My wife’s homemade Cole slaw and rolls for sandwiches.
