How long have you been cooking? 

Ive been running the grill for close to 25 years.

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

I was always in the kitchen as a kid. My grandmother would let me sit on the counter and watch, and if something was going outside to the grill, I HAD to be there to see that!

What is your best food memory? 

The first time I got to host a big Thanksgiving dinner. I made EVERYTHING on the grill (except the salad and mashed potatoes…. My mom said that would just be showing off)

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

So far my favorite PS product has been the Notorious P.I.G. I love that little kick it has!!

What would you want to have as your last meal?

For me, the perfect last meal would have to be a perfectly cooked rack of spare ribs. I’m going out with BBQ sauce all over my face. No shame!

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

Grilled steak or chicken with grilled veggies is a staple in this house. And there are always plenty of tortillas on the side.
