Classic Pulled Pork
8 Lb Pork Butt
1 ¼ Cup Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Seasoning
¼ Cup Yellow Mustard
DIRECTIONS
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
Pat the pork with paper towel to remove excess moisture on the surface.
Drizzle mustard on the meat and smooth out over the entire surface.
Generously season with Notorious P.I.G. and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to tack on the seasoning.
Place the pork in the smoker and smoke until the internal temperature reaches 204 degrees.
This will take roughly 1 ½ hours to 2 hours per pound of meat.
Once fully cooked and tender, allow the pork to rest for about 20 minutes. Shred and enjoy!
