How long have you been cooking?
How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?
My life blew up when my Dad passed away and cooking became an outlet and a place of zen. Its where I learned Southern BBQ, Mexican and Italian.
What is your best food memory?
Nailing my first Brisket, successfully making Birria De Res after going to San Diego.
What is your favorite PS Product and why?
Definitely the Big Kahuna Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce. Its tangy, sweet and is easily my favorite Sauce for anything Hawaiian Cuisine related. Tried it on Musubi, Kalbi Short Ribs and Chicken. Came out phenomenal!
What would you want to have as your last meal?
Thats a tough one but it would have to be Multiple Items from my Favorite Cuisines. Italian: Spaghetti Carbonara with Guanciale. Mexican: Quesa Birria Tacos American Cuisine: BBQ Brisket, Pulled Pork, Slaw and a juicy Bacon Burger. Japanese: Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen, Unagi and Hamachi Nigiri I couldnt just choose one thing! Love food too much!
What dish/meal do you make on repeat?
I would have to say my favorite Repeat Dish is a clash between making Cubano Sandwiches, Spaghetti Carbonara and Ribeye Steak and Shrimp with Spicy Bleu Cheese Hollandaise Sauce.
