High-temp Swiss Cheese is a delicious addition to Cheddarwurst, Landjaeger, Swiss Cheese Hot Dogs or any other sausage you can imagine. Also makes a great addition to burgers and brat patties!
*During the summer months (April 1 - November 1), high-temp cheese will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, unless you elect to pay overnight or refrigerated shipping. Orders to WI, MN, or northern IL will ship through Wednesdays.
