High-Temperature Cheese adds a creamy, cheesy flavor to sausages without melting out in the smokehouse or grill. High-temp Swiss Cheese is a delicious addition to Cheddarwurst, Landjaeger, Swiss Cheese Hot Dogs or any other sausage you can imagine. Also makes a great addition to burgers and brat patties! 

*During the summer months (April 1 - November 1), high-temp cheese will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, unless you elect to pay overnight or refrigerated shipping. Orders to WI, MN, or northern IL will ship through Wednesdays.

  • Precut into 1/4" cubes
  • Withstands heat up to 400° F
  • Store in refrigerator or freezer
  • Max shelf life is 9 months 
  • Available in 1 lb. and 10 lb. quantities
  • Shipped in ice packs*
Usage
  • Use 2-3 lbs. of high-temp cheese to 25 lb. meat batch (or 10-15% of your meat block)
  • Add after grind and mix well.
  • Mushroom & Swiss Bratwurst
