Use high-temp Bleu Cheese to make Cheddarwurst, Cheese Hot Dogs, Summer Sausage, Cheesy Snack Sticks or any other sausage you can imagine. Also makes a great addition to burgers and brat patties!

*During the summer months (April 1 - November 1), high-temp cheese will be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only, unless you elect to pay overnight or refrigerated shipping. Orders to WI, MN, or northern IL will ship through Wednesdays.

How To Use
