Campfire beans with a new twist! This is an old-time recipe is perfect for those summer nights reheated over the campfire or even for just that neighborhood cookout. Just throw everything in a crockpot for this easy, well worth the wait meal. Try cutting the recipe in half for smaller gatherings.

1 Lbs. | Cooked Crisp Bacon, Chopped |
1 Lbs. | Cooked Ground Beef |
2 | Sweet Onions, Medium |
2 Cans | Pork and Beans, Drained |
2 Cans | Kidney Beans, Drained |
2 Cans | Butter Beans, Drained |
1/2 Cup | Ketchup |
1/2 Cup | Whiskey Barrel Sauce |
1 Cup | Packed Brown Sugar |
2 Tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
2 Tbsp | Yellow Mustard |
Instructions:
1) In a large frying pan, cook bacon until crisp, drain and set aside. Meanwhile in another large frying pan brown up the ground beef and drain.
2) Chop up the bacon into small pieces. In a medium to large crockpot, add all ingredients.
3) Best if cooked on low over night or for quicker results cook for 4 hours on high stirring occasionally. Another option is to bake at 350°F for 30 minutes in the oven. All options turn out great!
