|1 Loaf||French Baguette Bread|
|1||Thinly Cut Ribeye Steak or Sirloin|
|1/2 Cup||Fresh Cilantro Leaves|
|1||Thinly Sliced Jalapeno|
|1||Large Cucumber Thinly Sliced|
|To Taste||Ultimate Seasoning|
|For Pickled Vegetables:|
|1||Large Daikon Radish, peeled and julienned|
|1||Large Carrot, peeled and julienned|
|1/2 Cup||Rice Vinegar|
1) Add the daikon and carrots to a bowl and toss with the salt and sugar. Pour rice vinegar and water over the vegetables and set in fridge for at least an hour.
2) Season the steak of your choosing with Ultimate Seasoning. Grill or broil steak, whichever you prefer.
3) While the steak cooks, begin preparing your sandwich. Slice the baguette lengthwise and spread mayonnaise on. Put the cucumbers, jalapeños, pickled carrots and daikons and cilantro onto the baguette.
4) After the steak is finished cooking, slice into thin strips and put the pieces onto the sandwich. Serve while hot and enjoy!
