Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine turkey, cheese and 1 tsp of On the Rocks. Mold into 3 burgers or equal size and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the burgers have reached and internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Remove from oven and allow to rest.
Pre heat grill to medium-high.
In a small saucepot, combine craisins, orange juice, lemon juice and 1 tsp of On the Rocks. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat, and then reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer.
Cook until most of the juice is absorbed. Place in a blender and pulse until blended but still chunky.
Grill the turkey burgers until hot and marked.
Lay out brie on top of the burgers and allow to melt.
Toast the ciabatta buns on the grill.
Build the burgers with shredded cabbage, followed by the burger patty and then topped with the cranberry chutney. Serve with mayo (optional)
