Smoked Tri-Tip

1 3 lb Tri-Tip Roast, fat cap and silver skin removed
2 T Beef Rub
3 T Olive Oil


1) Start up your Smoker. Once it's fired up, set the temperature to 225 degrees F.

2) Rub the Tri-Tip ith olive oil and generously season on all sides with Beef Rub.

3) Place the Tri-Tip on the smoker rack and smoke until the internal temperature reads 140 degrees F, or about 1 1/2 hours.

4) Remove the Tri-Tip from the smoker and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Slice the Tri-Tip against the grain and serve.
