Seven Layer Ranchero Dip

2 Tbsp Fiesta Ranchero Dip Mix
16 Ounce Refried Beans
8 Ounce Cream Cheese, Softened
16 Ounces Sour Cream
16 Ounces Salsa
1 Large Tomato, Chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Bunch Chopped Green Onion
1 Small Head of Iceberg Lettuce
6 Ounces Sliced Black olives, Drained
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese


1) In a medium bowl, blend the Fiesta Ranchero Dip Mix and refried beans.  Spread the mixture onto a large serving platter. 

2) In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together sour cream and cream cheese.  Spread over the refried beans. 

3) Top the layers with salsa, tomato, green bell pepper, lettuce, cheddar cheese, black olives and green onions. 

4) Serve with chips and enjoy!
