2 | Avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed |
1 | Lime |
1 Cup | Sour Cream |
1 | Tomato, diced |
2 Cans | Refried Beans |
1 Cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
Instructions:
1) In a bowl, mix together the dip mix, avocado and lime juice. Set aside.
2) In an 8 x 8 baking pan, assemble the dip: spread the beans into the pan as the first layer, followed by the guacamole, then top with sour cream, shredded cheese and diced tomato. Serve with tortilla chips.
