Sesame Citrus Chicken Stir Fry

Skip the take-out, this sesame citrus chicken stir fry is just as easy as ordering out (well, almost). Our flavor-packed Seoul Train seasoning adds bright citrus flavors with a kick of gochugaru without having to break out your zester. This is your new go-chu! 

Sesame Citrus Chicken Stir Fry

3 oz. 

Chicken Tenders, thinly sliced

¼ tsp 

Sesame Oil 

1 T + 1 ½ T, divided

Seoul Train - Sesame Citrus

1/2 cup

Orange Juice

1/2 cup 

Jasmine Rice, cooked

1/2 tsp

Ginger, grated

Garlic Clove, minced

1/2 cup

Snow Peas

Asparagus Spears, sliced on the bias

1/4 cup

Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 cup

Cabbage, shredded

1 cup 

Broccoli, blanched

1 cup

Jasmine Rice, cooked

Scallion, thinly sliced

1 T 

Cilantro, chopped 



  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ tsp sesame oil, 1 T Seoul Train, and juice. Toss in chicken to coat.  Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, ginger, and. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.

  3. Add chicken and cook an additional 2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Add snow peas, asparagus, bell pepper, cabbage, bok choy, carrots, and broccoli. Sauté another minute, then add remaining Seoul Train.

  4. Serve immediately over rice, topped with scallions and cilantro.
