Sesame Citrus Chicken Stir Fry

1 T + 1 ½ T, divided |

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ¼ tsp sesame oil, 1 T Seoul Train, and juice. Toss in chicken to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, ginger, and. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add chicken and cook an additional 2 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Add snow peas, asparagus, bell pepper, cabbage, bok choy, carrots, and broccoli. Sauté another minute, then add remaining Seoul Train.
- Serve immediately over rice, topped with scallions and cilantro.
