This 3-ingredient appetizer features sweet, ripe cantaloupe wrapped in prosciutto slices and drizzled with Honey Balsamic Glaze.
Prep time: 10 minutes
|1/2||Medium Cantaloupe, seeds and peel removed|
|8 oz||Prosciutto, thinly sliced|
|1/4 cup||Honey Balsamic Glaze|
1. Slice cantaloupe into 1/4" slices.
2. Gently wrap one slice of prosciutto around the middle of each slice of cantaloupe.
3. Drizzle generously with Honey Balsamic Glaze and serve.
