Ingredients: |

1 | Potato |
2 T | Olive Oil |
1 T | Italian Seasoning |
1 T | Garlic and Herb Seasoning |
Bacon or Turkey Bacon (2 strips per rose) |
Instructions:
1) Slice whole potato thin using a knife or a mandolin
2) Toss potato in olive oil and both seasonings
3) Lay 2 pieces of bacon flat, overlapping at the middle about half way, so you have a "longer" piece of bacon
4) Take potato and layer them one over the other the whole length of bacon
5) Roll up starting at one end - final product should look like a rose
6) Put in a uncreased muffin tin
7) Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
