Steak Ingredients: |

2-3 Lbs | Pork Tenderloin |
2/3 Cup | Pure Maple Syrup |
3 Tbsp | Fresh Lemon Juice |
1/4 Cup | Maple Bourbon Chipotle Glaze |
5 | Ripe Peaches |
1/2 Tsp | Salt |
1/2 Tsp | Pepper |
Instructions:
1) Bring peaches, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a boil in a small sauce pan. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until peaches are caramelizing. Remove from heat, add Maple Bourbon Chipotle Glaze, stir and let cool. Mash peaches with a potato masher for a more textured glaze.
2) Preheat oven to 425°F. In a deep baking dish season pork tenderloins with salt and pepper. Top tenderloins with peach glaze.
3) Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes per pound.
