|1||Cauliflower Head, Cut into florets|
|1 Tbsp||Olive Oil|
|1/4 Cup||Grated Parmesan Cheese|
|1 Tbsp.||Reduced Fat Cream Cheese|
|2 Tsp.||Roasted Parmesan Garlic|
|for topping||Shredded Parmesan Cheese|
|for topping||Chopped Chives|
1) Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil and add cauliflower. Cover and steam until tender - about 10 minutes
2) Meanwhile in a small skillet, heat garlic and olive oil until softened.
3) Transfer half of the cauliflower to a food processor, cover and blend on high. Add the remaining cauliflower florets until vegetables are creamy. Blend in garlic, parmesan cheese, cream cheese and Roasted Parmesan Garlic.
4) Top with chopped chives and shredded parmesan cheese
