|2||Pork Loin Back Ribs|
|3 Cups||Apple Juice|
|1/2 Cup||Memphis BBQ Sauce|
1) In an aluminum baking tray, place pork loin back ribs with meaty side down. Pour the apple juice into the gray and cover with aluminum foil. Let refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or over night.
2) When ready to cook, place tray into a preheated oven at 400F and back for 2-2.5 hours depending on the size of the ribs. Meat should be tender and falling off the bone.
3) On a charcoal or gas grill heat to medium and gently place the ribs on the rack. Be careful that the ribs do not fall apart. Brush on Memphis BBQ Sauce. Turn over ribs after 5 minutes and brush other side. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
4) Remove from Grill and Enjoy!
