|1/2||Bottle Beer, any variety|
|1/4 cup||Soy Sauce
|2 T||Rice Wine Vinegar|
|1 T||Sriracha Hot Sauce|
|1/2 T||Sesame Oil|
|1 T||Smoky Chipotle Rub|
1) In a large glass or plastic bowl, combine the beer, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, sesame oil and Smoky Chipotle Rub. Whisk well to combine.
2) Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss well to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
3) Remove chicken wings from refrigerator, drain marinade and pat dry. Preheat grill to 350 degrees F. Place the wings on the grill pan and grill for 20-25 minutes, or until the wings' internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Remove from the grill, serve and enjoy!
