2 Cups | Leftover Chicken, diced |
1 Bag | Corn Tortilla Chips |
1 | Tomato, diced |
1 Can | Corn Kernels, drained |
1 Can | Black Beans, rinsed and drained |
1/2 Cup | Salsa |
1/2 | Red Onion, diced |
1 Cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
1/4 Cup | Sour Cream |
Cilantro | |
Pickled Jalapeños | |
1/2 T | Ultimate Seasoning |
Instructions:
1) On a large sheet pan, spread out half the tortilla chips, then cover with half the shredded cheese and one cup of chicken. Sprinkle with half of the Ultimate Seasoning. Top with the rest of the tortilla chips, cheese, chicken and remaining seasoning.
2) Turn your grill to 350 degrees F. Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and everything is warmed all the way through. Remove the pan from the grill.
3) Top the nachos with the black beans, corn, diced red onion, sour cream, cilantro and pickled jalapeños. Serve and enjoy!
