Jalapeno Popper Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients:

Sheet Puff Pastry, thawed

4 T Cream Cheese
2 Jalapenos, cored and sliced
2 T Jalapeno Bacon Shake Seasoning
15-20 Cocktail Sausages
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Egg, beaten

Instructions:

1) Cut the puff pastry into strips slightly wider than the cocktail sausages. Spread a small amount of cream cheese on the strip, top with a slice of jalapeno, a sprinkle of Jalapeno Bacon shake, a small pinch of cheese, and a cocktail sausage. Roll up the sausage and pinch the pastry edges closed.

2) Repeat with all cocktail sausages until the pastry is gone. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Brush the tops of the cocktail poppers with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky. Serve immediately.
