|4 Slices||Texas Toast Style Bread|
|4 Slices||Brisket, sliced in half|
|8 Slices||Cheddar Cheese|
|1/4 Cup||Whiskey Barrel BBQ Sauce|
|1/4 Cup||Pickled Jalapeno Slices|
1) Assemble the sandwiches: lay two slices of cheddar cheese on either side of each piece of bread, followed by two pieces of brisket, sliced in half, 2 T of Barbecue Sauce, and several jalapeno slices. Top with the remaining bread slice. Repeat with the remaining sandwich.
2) Melt the butter in a saute pan and cook the sandwiches until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and serve.
