2 lbs | Boneless Chicken Breasts |
Flour or Corn Tortillas | |
To taste | Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce |
Cilantro Lime Crema | |
1 Cup | Sour Cream |
2 T | Mayo |
1/4 Cup | Cilantro, Minced |
1/4 tsp | Cumin |
1/4 tsp | Garlic Powder |
1/4 tsp | Salt |
1/4 tsp | Pepper |
Slaw | |
8 Slices | Cooked Bacon, Crumbled |
2 Cups | Thin Cabbage |
1 | Roma Tomato |
4 T | Red Onion, Diced |
1 T | Lime Juice |
2 T | Lime Crema |
Instructions:
1) Place chicken breasts into plastic bag or bowl and pour desired amount of Honey Chipotle over the chicken and let marinade for 2-4 hours.
2) While the chicken is marinading begin preparing the lime crema and slaw for the chicken tacos.
3) Mix together all the ingredients for the lime crema together and let chill in the fridge.
4) Next, take all the ingredients for the slaw and mix together and also let chill in the fridge.
5) When the chicken is finished marinading feel free to grill or saute the chicken.
6) Once the chicken is cooked through dice it into cubes and serve onto taco shells and top with slaw and lime crema.
