Grilled Peaches w/ Chipotle Berry Glaze

2 Peaches
5 Ounces Frozen Raspberries (thawed)
1 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
5 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Chipotle Pepper
3 Tbsp Sugar


1) In a blender or food processor, blend the raspberries (thawed), lemon juice, sugar and Chipotle Pepper.  Cover and Chill

2) Place the peach halves cut side up in a heavy duty aluminum foil. Mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle on the peaches.  Next drip on vanilla extract and dot with butter.  Fold the foil over the peaches and seal.

3) Grill over medium-hot heat for 15 minutes or until heated through.  To serve, drizzle the Chipotle Berry Glaze across the top.  Enjoy
