|1/2 Box||Farfalle Pasta|
|1 Cup||Diced Asparagus|
|1 Cup||Broccoli Florets|
|1/2 Cup||Frozen Peas|
|1 Cup||Diced Pepper (orange, yellow, red bell)|
|2 T||Garlic Minced|
|3 T||Olive Oil|
|1 Cup||Cherry Tomatoes Halved|
|Fresh Parmesan Cheese|
|To Taste||Garlic & Herb Seasoning|
1) Cook pasta until tender and set aside.
2) In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the broccoli, asparagus, peppers and onions in the olive oil until vegetables are tender. About 7-10 minutes. Add some of your Garlic and Herb Seasoning.
3) Stir in peas and cherry tomatoes for an additional 5 minutes.
4) Remove the sauteed vegetables from the heat and stir in the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste as well as more Garlic and Herb Seasoning if desired. Lastly, top the pasta with fresh grated parmesan and enjoy! Serve while hot.
