Garlic and Herb Hummus


1 Can Drained Chickpeas (save liquid)
2 T Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup  Chickpea can liquid
2 Whole Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Garlic and Herb Seasoning
2 T Olive Oil


1) Blend all ingredients but olive oil together in a blender.

2) Add olive oil and a pinch of sat and pepper to mixture and blend until smooth.

3) Serve with Pita Chips or Vegetables.

4) Top with red pepper flakes for more heat.
