Cheesy Gordita Crunch
There is a new boss in town. This Cheesy Gordita Crunch will give Taco Bell a run for their money with layers of loco fun! A soft cheesy pita wrapped around a hard taco shell and stuffed with honey adobo beef. Dont you dare forget to drizzle it in our secret sauce that is the taco-f the town! Uno, dos, tres...crunch!!!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook the taco meat by following the instructions on the jar.
Lay the pitas on a sheet tray and spread 2 oz of shredded cheese evenly on each.
Place the pitas in the oven until warm and the cheese has melted.
Gently wrap the pita around the hard-shell tacos using the cheese as a glue.
Mix the ranch and el jefe to make the sauce.
Build the tacos with the ground beef, a drizzle of el jefe ranch and then top with shredded lettuce and a sprinkle of cheese mix.
