Citrus Pepper Grilled Skirt Steak

Skirt steaks are a cut just made for grilling. The intense heat gives this flavorful cut a rich char that’s smoky and crisp at the edges. Here, we gave the skirt steak a nice bath in our tangy Fresh Squeezed Citrus Pepper then seared on high heat until lightly charred and perfectly medium rare. Slice and serve with grilled veggies, rice or your favorite sides. 

Citrus Pepper Grilled Skirt Steak

Skirt Steak

1/2 cup

Fresh Squeezed Citrus Pepper, divided
TT Kosher Salt 



  1. Place steak in a glass baking dish, or large resealable plastic bag.  Poor Fresh Squeezed over the steak, and marinate 1 to 1 ½ hours.

  2. Preheat the grill to 450° F.

  3. Remove steak from marinade.  Season with salt, then place on the grill grate.  Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side, then remove.

  4. Rest steak for 10 minutes, then slice thin, and serve warm.
