4 | Bell Peppers, sliced in half and deseeded |
2 Cups | Leftover Chicken, chopped |
1/2 Cup | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
1/2 Cup | Whiskey Barrel Barbecue Sauce |
2 T | Ultimate Seasoning |
Instructions:
1) Preheat your grill. Once it's fired up, set the temperature to 350 degrees F.
2) In a large bowl, mix together the cheese, chicken, Ultimate Seasoning and Whiskey Barrel Barbecue Sauce, then stuff inside the pepper halves.
3) Grill the peppers for 7-10 minutes or until the peppers are softened and the filling is heated through and melted. Remove from the grill and serve.
