|1/4 Cup||Brown Sugar|
1) Soak the untreated cedar plank in water for 24 hours before grilling. When ready to grill, remove and wipe down.
2) In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, oil and Lemon Pepper seasoning. Rub generously over the salmon fillets.
3) Preheat your grill to 350 degrees F. Place the plank over indirect heat, then lay the salmon on the plank and grill for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
