California Garlic Veggie Sandwich

To Taste California Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1 Guacamole Mix
2 Ripe Avocados, made into guacamole
6 oz Fresh Goat Cheese
4 cups Arugula
Multi-Grain Bread, sliced and toasted
1/2  Cucumber, thinly sliced
2 cups Bean Sprouts
1 pkg Matchstick carrots
1 Tomato, sliced


1) Begin by making the guacamole with guacamole mix. Let chill while preparing the rest of the sandwich.

2) Slice the cucumber and tomatoes.

3) Toast the bread and begin to make the sandwich by spreading guacamole on one bread slice and goat cheese on the other. Sprinkle California Garlic Pepper seasoning on either side, or both.

4) Stack the rest of the vegetables anyway you desire and enjoy your California Veggie Sandwich.
