Because burgers are good for the Seoul, we loaded up these Asian-style pork patties with ginger, cilantro, sesame, shiitake mushrooms, then slathered them in a spicy and tangy miso-chili sauce.
Asian-Style Pork Burgers

3/4 tsp | Seoul Train Sesame Citrus |

Instructions:
- Place ground pork, Seoul Train, onion, ginger, and cilantro in a mixing bowl. Mix gently to incorporate, then form into 4 patties. Pressing an indent into the middle of each patty. Set aside.
- Heat grill or a cast iron skillet over medium heat/flame, then add sesame oil. Cook pork patties 3 minutes per side, then remove burgers from the skillet and rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine chili paste, sesame oil, onion, lemon juice, lime juice, rice vinegar, tahini, miso, and Seoul Train. Set aside.
- Assemble the burgers: bottom bun, lettuce, pork burger patty, sauce, sautéed mushrooms, scallions, toasted sesame seeds, top bun.
