You Will Need:
|5 -7 Lbs. per Bird (Desired number)||Whole Roasting Chickens|
|For Greasing Pans||Butter or Margarine|
|*Optional||Stockinettes (Use in place of greased pans if preferred)|
Instructions:1) Preheat smoker to 180°F.
2) Place product in pans greased with butter or margarine or hang in stockinettes.
3) Insert temperature probe into ball and socket - not touching bone.
4) Roast at 200-225°F until internal temperature reaches 160-165°F.
Note: Dampers should be ⅛" open for this product.
