Smokehouse Recipe - Roasted Chicken, Whole Birds


You Will Need:

5 -7 Lbs. per Bird (Desired number) Whole Roasting Chickens
For Greasing Pans Butter or Margarine
*Optional Stockinettes (Use in place of greased pans if preferred)


1) Preheat smoker to 180°F.
2) Place product in pans greased with butter or margarine or hang in stockinettes.
3) Insert temperature probe into ball and socket - not touching bone.

4) Roast at 200-225°F until internal temperature reaches 160-165°F.

Note: Dampers should be ⅛" open for this product.
