Smokehouse Recipe - Roast Chicken Halves

You Will Need:

1 Jar PS Pro Roaster Poultry Seasoning (Or try one of our other poultry seasonings).
Chicken Halves

Instructions:

1) Preheat smoker to 180°F.
2) Sprinkle and massage seasoning onto chicken halves.
3) Fill racks with chicken halves.
4) Set thermostat at 225°F.

5) Cook until internal temperature reaches 160-165°F.

Note: Dampers should be ⅛" open for this product.
