Smokehouse BBQ Ribs On A Stick

1) Cut your pork loin in half lengthwise.
2) Using one of the halves, make cuts every inch or so making sure not to cut tall the way through the pork so that the whole loin stays together.
3) Take your skewers and stick the skewer through each cut section.
4) Sprinkle Smokehouse BBQ Rub on the pork generously.
5) Let the seasoning soak into the meat for about an hour and then grill the pork.
