Ingredients for Cajun Remoulade:
1 Cup Mayonnaise
3 T Whole Grain Mustard
2 T Dijon Mustard
1 T Hot Sauce
1/2 Cup Diced Gherkin Pickles
2 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Cajun Shake
Ingredients for the Burgers:
1 lb Ground Beef
Burger Buns
4 Slices Pepper jack Cheese
4 Slices Smoked Ham
1 Cup Barbecue Potato Chips
1 T Cajun Shake
1 Cup Crinkle Cut Pickles

Instructions:

1) For the remoulade: combine all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.

2) For the burgers: in a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and Cajun Shake. Form into patties. Preheat your grill to 350 degrees F and grill the burgers for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once the burgers have been flipped, top each patty with a slice of ham and a slice of pepper jack cheese. 

3) Once the burgers have been grilled to your desired degree of doneness, remove them from the grill and assemble the burgers. Top the bun with the burger, add a generous spoonful of the Cajun remoulade, add a few pickle slices, a small handful of barbecue potato chips, then top with a bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!
