Kansas City Brisket Burger

|1||8 oz block cream cheese, softened|
|1/3 cup||Sour Cream|
|1 lb||Ground Beef|
|4 Slices||Smoked Gouda Cheese|
|4 Slices||Smoked Brisket|
|1/2 Cup||Kansas City BBQ Sauce|
|2 T||Smoky Chipotle Rub|
|4||Brioche Burger Buns, Sliced|
1) In a large bowl, sprinkle roughly 2 T Smoky Chipotle Rub over the ground beef and mix well to combine. Shape the ground beef into 4 patties and set aside.
2) Preheat your grill to 350 degrees F. Grill your burgers for 8 to 10 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness. Halfway through cooking, top each burger patty with a slice of smoked gouda cheese.
3) Remove the burgers from the grill and assemble the burgers. Place each burger on a bun and top with 2 T of Barbecue Sauce, 2 onion rings and a slice of brisket, then serve and enjoy!
