|3 Lbs||Chicken, Cubed|
|6-8 Ounces||Thai Ginger Teriyaki Marinade|
|2 Cups||Fresh Pineapple Squares|
|2||Zucchini, Sliced and halved|
|2 Large||Red Bell Peppers, Cut into squares|
1) Cube Chicken, place in a gallon ziploc bag or pan with Thai Ginger Teriyaki Marinade. Place in fridge and marinade 3 hours - over night.
2) Using skewers (if wooden, make sure to soak them in water to keep them from burning), add pieces of chicken, pineapple, zucchini and red bell pepper.
3) Cook on hot grill until chicken is done. Try serving with rice!
