Recipe Video - Grilled & Seasoned Corn on the Cob

Grilling Side Dish Vegetables

 Ingredients:

1 Dozen Ears of fresh corn                                
1/2 Stick Melted Butter, Salted
To Taste              Seasoning of your choice (We used Savor Chipotle Lime Seasoning)

Instruction:

1) Leave husks on the corn, but cut off the silk and any extra stem. (Note: If you prefer, you can also soak the husks in salt water a couple of hours to overnight).

2) Preheat your grill. Once it is heated, place the corn on the grill. Cook 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked thoroughly; turning every 2 to 3 minutes. Once cooked through, remove from grill.

3) Let the husks cool before handling, then remove them. Brush each ear of corn with the melted butter using a basting brush; turning once to get both sides. Then sprinkle with seasoning as desired.

Enjoy!

Note: If you prefer to cook the corn directly on the grill without the husks, simple mix your seasoning into the melted butter and baste the corn as it cooks; still turning every 2 to 3 minutes. We find that keeping the husks on corn steams the corn and makes the kernels more plump.
