|1.5 Cup||All Purpose Flour|
|3 Cups||PS Seasonings S'mores Oatmeal Mix|
|1 Tsp||Baking Soda|
|2 Sticks (1 Cup)||Unsalted Butter, Softened but still cool|
|1 Cup||Granulated Sugar|
|3/4 Cup||Light Brown Sugar, Packed|
|1 Cup||Mashed Bananas (2 Bananas)|
|1 Tsp||Vanilla Extract|
1) Space two oven racks evenly in the oven and preheat to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2) In a medium bowl mix together: flour, PS Seasoning S'mores Oatmeal Mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
3) In a separate bowl mix together: butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, mashed bananas and vanilla extract; beat until combined. Add the flour and oatmeal mixture and mix on a low speed until combined but make sure not to over mix.
4) Making Tablespoon sized balls (I use a small ice cream scooper) prepare baking sheet spacing balls 2 inches apart. Bake for 14-16 minutes, rotating the pans from the top to bottom half way through. Once slightly golden, remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Repeat with the additional cookie dough.
