Ham and Spinach Puffs

1 Cup

Ham, diced

1 pkg Frozen Spinach, thawed
1 bag Shredded Swiss Cheee
2 pkg Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
1 Egg
1 T Water
1 tsp Tomato Bacon Basil Seasoning


1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together the ham, spinach, cheese and Tomato Bacon Basil Seasoning.

2) Divide each puff pastry sheet into four squares, and top each with about 2 round tablespoons of filling. Fold each corner of the pastry towards the center and brush with the beaten egg and water mixture. Repeat with the remaining pastry squares.

3) Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown, flaky and crisp.

4) Serve warm and enjoy!
