The PS Protein Smoothie



1 Cup                          Frozen Blueberries (Raspberries, Blackberries or any combination)
¼ Cup Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
¼ Avacado
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Almond Butter (Or Natural Peanut Butter)
½ Cup Almond Milk
1½ Cup Water


Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty blender or food processor: blend until smooth.
