Vegetable Ramen Bowl

Ingredients:

To taste Chicken Base
1/2 Cup Sliced Onions
1/3 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 T Minced Garlic
1/3 Cup Shredded Carrots
1/4 Cup Bean Sprouts
1 Jalapeno, Sliced
Sliced Green Onions
2 pkg Ramen Noodles, Chicken Flavor (Do not use flavor packet inside)
To taste Salt and Pepper
Optional Hard or soft boiled egg and red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1) In a medium sized frying pan add sliced onions and mushrooms and saute. Add some salt and pepper to taste. The last minute add some minced garlic and continue cooking until garlic becomes fragrant.

2) Using a medium sized saucepan, add roughly 5 cups of water for broth. Add desired amount of Chicken Base and bring to a boil.

3) Once the broth begins to boil let simmer and add. your packages of Rame noodles. (Do not use the flavor packet inside the package) Cook until noodles are finished and transfer noodles into a bowl and pour the broth on top. 

4) Take your sautéed onions and mushrooms and add to your ramen bowl. Top with shredded carrots, bean sprouts and sliced jalapeños. If you're a fan of hard boiled eggs add that as well as some red pepper flakes to add some extra flavor. Enjoy!
