Sweet Pecan Chicken Salad

|1 lb.||Cooked Chicken Breast, diced|
|1 Cup||Diced Fuji/Gala Apple|
|1/3 Cup||Chopped Pecans|
|1/3 Cup||Chopped Dried Cranberries|
|1 Loaf||Fresh Sourdough or Multigrain Bread|
|1/2 Cup||Plain Greek Yogurt|
|1 tsp||Dijon Mustard|
|1/2 tsp||Onion Powder|
|1/2 tsp||Black Pepper|
|1/2 T||Sweet Pecan|
1) In a large mixing bowl combine the chicken, apples, cranberries and chopped pecans.
2) In the same bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3) Once mixed together put the bowl in the refrigerator and let chill for about an hour.
4) Take you bread and begin making your chicken salad sandwiches. Feel free to use the romaine lettuce as your bread too if you'd like.
