|2 T||Lil Harry's Rib Rub|
|2 Cups||Leftover Rib Meat, pulled from the bone|
|1 Can||Tomato Sauce|
|1 Can||Whole Corn Kernels, drained|
|1 Can||Black Beans, drained and rinsed|
|1 Can||Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed|
|1/2||White Onion, diced|
|1 tsp||Chili Powder|
|1 T||Olive Oil|
1) In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Add in the Lil Harry's Rib Rub, cumin and chili powder. Cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
2) Pour in the beer and scrape the bottom of the pot. Add in the pulled rib meat, tomato sauce, black beans, kidney beans and corn kernels
3) Turn the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. After 30 minutes, remove form the heat and serve.
