Peach Bourbon Chipotle Pork Tenderloin

|2-3 Lbs||Pork Tenderloin|
|2/3 Cup||Pure Maple Syrup|
|3 Tbsp||Fresh Lemon Juice|
|1/4 Cup||Maple Bourbon Chipotle Glaze|
1) Bring peaches, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a boil in a small sauce pan. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until peaches are caramelizing. Remove from heat, add Maple Bourbon Chipotle Glaze, stir and let cool. Mash peaches with a potato masher for a more textured glaze.
2) Preheat oven to 425°F. In a deep baking dish season pork tenderloins with salt and pepper. Top tenderloins with peach glaze.
3) Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes per pound.
